Group trainings

Often the beginning of training is complicated by the confusion of which training to select? In our training schedule you will find 30 different group trainings. We have set up training into groups to contribute to a better understanding of what lies behind the name of the training, in order to help achieve the desired training objectives and to simplify the selection of the appropriate training.

All our trainings are suitable for both beginners and false beginners as well as for the more advanced athletes. Our professional coaches are always helpful and, if necessary, will show alternative ways. The dreams you dream alone will remain a dream. The dreams that we dream together, become a reality!

MUSCLE ENDURANCE TRAINING

The aim of the training is to increase muscle endurance. In training routines complicated step combinations will not be made.
