Often the beginning of training is complicated by the confusion of which training to select? In our training schedule you will find 30 different group trainings. We have set up training into groups to contribute to a better understanding of what lies behind the name of the training, in order to help achieve the desired training objectives and to simplify the selection of the appropriate training.
All our trainings are suitable for both beginners and false beginners as well as for the more advanced athletes. MUSCLE ENDURANCE TRAINING
The aim of the training is to increase muscle endurance. In training routines complicated step combinations will not be made.
CARDIO AND DANCE TRAINING
Training will focus primarily on increasing aerobic endurance.
Training routines to develop both muscle endurance as well as aerobic fitness.
BODY AND MIND TRAINING
Training takes place at a calm pace. The training is designed to develop mobility, flexibility and balance. In addition to physical exercise, the training helps to develop mental focus.
